A real rarity that you're unlikely to find at any other restaurants in London (or beyond). Between 1996 and 2006 meat for consumption in Britain had to be slaughtered by 30 months (terrible news for many rare breeds that couldn’t fully mature in that time on grass alone and had to be force fed an unnatural diet of grain).
Now the rules have changed and we are lucky enough to occasionally get meat from 'Old Cows' that are slaughtered at 7 years - having calved and weaned. Although the meat is a dull brown colour to look at it has an incredibly strong flavour. The complete opposite of the tasteless shiny red beef on supermarket shelves that is probably from animals killed at 12-18 months.
